On Sunday Oct. 13th, Lee Finley, age 91 of Pilot Rock, OR woke up around 3:30 AM and discovered that his whole house was lit up inside, as well as outside, including the neighbors houses that were on both sides of his home by a very bright pulsating light. He looked out his windows on all sides and could see no police vehicle of any kind. The light took off before he could make it outside. He estimated it all occurred within 10 seconds. This was a first time experience for Lee.
