These pictures speak for themselves. The photos were taken by Roy's nephew and his wife in the New Orleans area while they were there to help with the reconstruction efforts.

Even at this late date (9 months later) the devastation remaining in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast is deeply disturbing.

Roy felt the water temperature in the Gulf (over 90° F) was unnaturally high and had contributed to the severity of hurricane Katrina. He asked Cmdr. Sanni Ceto to check this out and also to confirm that HAARP was involved. She surveyed the area from her spaceship and confirmed Roy's suspicions. HAARP was used to intentionally raise the water temperature to intensify Katrina as it approached the Coast.
