First of all, I wish to state that I did not give permission for any statement(s) to be added to the newsletter of December, 2003, other than those made by Commander Sanniceto; therefore, the writings appearing at the beginning of the December newsletter and the picture placed at the end were added without my knowledge and I disavow any connection with them whatsoever. Furthermore, I cannot give them any support in fact. We shall no longer use the name, Star Eagle, as she has told me that she prefers to be called by the name that appears above.

In regard to the Mars landers, Spirit, Rover and Mars Express, information was passed to me last June that they would disintegrate before they get to Mars as there is a force field around Mars and also around the Moon. Unless those in Mars release the force field, it will be unable to touch down. This month there have been numerous announcements about plans to put a colony on the Moon this year. It remains to be seen if that is a serious consideration, but taking into account the $87 Billion estimated as the cost for the Iraqi operation, a reasonable estimate of the cost would be $400 Billion, also projected on TV news shows. From where will that money come? No doubt our hard-earned tax dollars will foot the bill, but for whom do you suppose the colony is being built? And, oh, by the way, the Moon just happens to belong to somebody else, as will be explained later. I don’t suppose anyone bothered to ask permission from the owners. We need to be asking ourselves a lot of hard questions and this is one time we the people had better be doing our homework; i.e., 1. Why and how we can find the money to pay for a home in the sky for a few special people when there are people here who have no home, little or no food and little hope of any? 2. Are we going to continue to elect people to represent and lead us who will spend billions on a dream of glory while the seniors can’t get help paying for their medications and who knows what will happen to social security now? 3. Is this the legacy we will leave to our children – a crushing burden of debt – if they even have a habitable world to inherit?

Now, on to other facts about galactic life: There are four (4) different types of life on and inside Mars. Some faction of our government knows this. Our world has too many levels of government uncontrolled by the voters.

Richard Hoagland was on Coast to Coast on December 20^th talking about the game in which he’s involved. Maybe somebody will feed him this newsletter after it is out. It

seems like a big waste of our tax dollars to send ships up to Mars when our scientists are already there.

I am sorry that the Jim Hickman show did not work out but in the overall picture, it was probably for the best. The government does not like any facts of truth put forward that it did not instigate via its acclimation program, but more and more people are talking.

Commander Sanniceto intended on the show to explain the Moon in its entirety. I will briefly comment that it is a nuclear powered ship. She refers to it as a lifeboat and factories for their crafts. The Peniewa and Deshaui (meaning light) ships are made there since no ships can be made on Zeta Reticuli.

I want to state at this time that Dr. Roger Lear’s removal of an implant from a lady in Iowa was a very big mistake, as I had told him never to remove an implant after I received mine August 11^th. Dr. Lear has poor advisors. The Mantis are the ancient record keepers of the galactic order. They are not demonic reptoids (not even the same species – even the study of biology will spell that out for you.) The reptoids will reinstall another implant unless the lady changes her spiritual attitude. I asked his nurse to get the lady in touch with me to help advise her. This has not been done. She is at least entitled to hear both viewpoints and then should be allowed to choose for herself. There are far too many in the UFO field that have nothing but theory and want political and personal attention and the money that goes with it. Very few of them have any facts. I am interested in one thing only and that is the truth. After 61 years of involvement, before most of the people were born, I think I have the ability to recognize the truth when I encounter it. An example is: John Lear was on Coast to Coast on November 1 and December 1, 2003. He reported many truths, as there are 18 extra-terrestrial races on Earth. The part that he did not make clear is that the mutilations of cattle and humans (coring out, as he called it) are being done by the reptoids of more that one type and many colors. They are not being done by all of the alien races. Pleiadians, Aquadons and Mantis are not involved. I have a friend who knew John and his father, Bill, in Reno when John was six (6) years old. I do feel, in Dr. Lear’s defense, that he has come the closest with his information on this matter, but I thought the information needed to be clarified. There are Reptoids, Mantis and Aquadons pictured in my book, Northwest History of Saucers, ET’s, Abductions and More.

The Zetis are described by Commander Sanniceto as being a type of insectoid species that are hive dwellers. By explanation, they are related to ants, bees and wasps; however, the smallest, called Neropia, are technicians whose intelligent culture precedes ours by 3,000,000 years. There are several sizes of them, the Neropia being 2-3 ft. tall and weighing from 30-35 lbs., with three fingers. Their eyes are slanted and they have a hole where their ears would be. The big, black eyes with which they are pictured is a protective mask for their eyes. In their abdomen they carry a capsule which releases nutrients over a period of 5-6 months, after which time it is replaced. Their life span is

about 300 years and they are very gentle, caring and loving beings, as Dr. Wolf has described them.

The next size larger, called Kebbans, are the pilots and crew members, 3-5 ft. in height, with three fingers and weighing 70-90 lbs., living 900 years. The Kebbans wear a uniform and boots. In fact, it was from their garments that we were able to get velcro and bullet proof vests. They have almond shaped eyes, a more pronounced nose, and very small ears.

The large Zetis are white, 5-7 ft. in height, having four fingers and four toes. These are related to the Mantis, one of the teachers.

Finally, there is the Queen, who is lime green with amethyst around her eyes, with a single claw. She is 6-9 ft. tall and resembles the giant mantis, and has a third eye which is placed so that there appears to be a triangle of eyes. She wears either a white or a silver robe.

That ends the information about the Zetis.

A Cerocian was seen by Monumental Dam. It is a reptoid. Deros reptoids, (2 ft. tall) are slaves to the larger reptoids.

Finally, Niburea was a dead ship headed for Earth. It took a mothership to stop it. Over and over again the Zetis have helped this planet and protected us from serious damage.

They also shielded us from damage we might have sustained from the recent Sun flares. I previously mentioned the asteroid over Turkey on November 1st that was destroyed by Commander Sanniceto and three other ships. I did not mention that it is likely that the Earth would have tilted off its axis had the asteroid been allowed to hit us. We are greatly in debt to the Zetis who watch over us.

In Texburg, PA, in 1965, an unmanned probe lost control and crashed. A Bigfoot (Yeti) was in the area, heard it coming and let out a few cries, escaped being hit by the probe and then dematerialized so that it escaped capture. This probe was not one of ours and it had an arm that came out to gather samples, then withdrew inside to deposit them within.

In Great Britain the Zetis were monitoring Rendelsham Forest in 1980 with four (4) probes in order to gather data on nuclear storage there where they had detected very high levels of radioactivity in the region.

President Kennedy was killed because he had treaties with the Zeti nation and was about to unveil the source of the current technology to be introduced into the public arena; i.e., computers, lasers, fiberoptics, as well as the facts about new medical procedures.

Ja-Rob says he could transition soon because his captors (our Area 51 soldiers) are treating him so much worse than they were before. Retired Sgt. Major Bob Dean knows all about how our guards treat the Zetis, our “guests.”

Our galaxy is beginning to merge with another, the Andromeda galaxy, from whence were brought the seeds (DNA) that became our brothers who now make up the nation of India! Only the very outer edges are converging at this time. Soon our astronomers will begin to see new stars.

Finally, men from Earth will not be allowed to colonize Mars, the Moon or any other planet until we stop carrying on our wars against each other, even in the name of human rights or self-preservation. In the galactic councils, war is never an option. All other unevolved planets are treated in the same manner. Doesn’t it come as a surprise to some of you to know that outside our little corner of the universe, we’re considered to be the barbarians?!!!

I have volunteered to take a polygraph test on everything presented herein for anyone who wants to pay for it. I know of no other researcher or writer who has ever offered to do that, or to qualify their statements in such a manner.
